SAAS Properties has officially opened The St. Regis Residences on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, together with Marriott International. This new project is a major addition to the city’s luxury housing options.

The 38-story tower has 161 high-end homes that combine modern style, smart design, and top-quality materials—offering a new level of luxury living.

Located on the lively waterfront of Al Maryah Island, residents have direct access to The Galleria, Abu Dhabi’s top shopping and lifestyle center.

The building is also close to famous cultural places like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Natural History Museum, putting residents near the heart of the city’s cultural scene.

The tower was designed by the well-known architecture firm Squire and Partners, with interiors by design studio 1508 London. The design mixes modern style with local touches to create a rich and stylish city living experience.
