Abu Dhabi developer Imkan launches Naseem AlJurf, a luxury housing project

Abu Dhabi property developer Imkan has introduced Naseem AlJurf, a luxury housing project, as part of its growing AlJurf community plan.

AlJurf’s Luxury Homes

AlJurf is a high-end residential area on the Riviera. It will have 111 villas, eight apartment buildings, and 60 townhouses, according to the company.

Naseem AlJurf is located in the Ghantoot region of Abu Dhabi, connecting it to key city areas and entertainment spots. It is about 45 minutes from both Abu Dhabi and Al Maktoum International Airport. It is also close to popular places like Dubai Marina, Saadiyat Island, Palm Jebel Ali, and Habtoor Golf Course.

The project covers 1.6 kilometers of coastline and has a nine-kilometer canal front. Construction is set to start in May 2025.

Large Development

The entire AlJurf master plan covers 3.8 million square meters, according to the company.

Company Statement

“Naseem AlJurf reflects IMKAN’s goal of creating meaningful places that suit modern residents. This community offers top-level luxury while preserving the natural beauty and heritage of Sahel Al Emarat,” said Imkan Properties CEO, Engineer Suwaidan Al Dhaheri.

“With Naseem AlJurf, we have created a space where tradition and modern living come together, offering a unique lifestyle that enhances everyday life,” he added.
