Binghatti Holding Becomes Founding Partner of Dubai PropTech Hub to Boost Real Estate Innovation

Binghatti Holding, a real estate company based in the UAE, has joined the new Dubai PropTech Hub as a founding partner. The hub is supported by the DIFC Innovation Hub and the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Their shared goal is to bring in $300 million in investment by the year 2030.

What is the Dubai PropTech Hub?

The Dubai PropTech Hub aims to speed up the use of modern technologies—like AI (artificial intelligence), blockchain, and smart infrastructure—in the real estate industry. The hub is located in the DIFC Innovation Hub and is meant to bring together developers, start-ups, investors, and government bodies to work together and support new ideas in property technology.

As a key partner, Binghatti will help shape the hub’s future plans and will get early access to new PropTech start-ups. This includes special programs like the Scale-up Accelerator, Living Lab, and custom innovation projects.

These efforts are expected to create new solutions tailored to the Middle East market, helping improve how real estate is managed—making it more efficient, transparent, and environmentally friendly.

Statement from the CEO

Binghatti Holding CEO, Katralnada BinGhatti, said the company’s role in the PropTech Hub will help them use new technologies to improve their buildings. These technologies will help lower energy use, boost efficiency, and offer a smoother experience for customers.

Future Growth

By 2030, the Dubai PropTech Hub hopes to support over 200 PropTech companies and create more than 3,000 new jobs.

Binghatti’s Growth

Binghatti has grown quickly in recent years. As of March 2025, it has 79 projects in Dubai worth nearly $14 billion. About 20,000 housing units are currently being built in areas like Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, Al Jaddaf, Meydan, Dubai Science Park, and more.

In the last six months alone, Binghatti launched 8 new projects with nearly 6,000 units across 4.4 million square feet.

In May, the company also bought a large piece of land, expected to be developed into projects worth over $6.8 billion (AED 25 billion).
