Binghatti Opens First International Sales Office in London to Attract UAE Real Estate Investors

Dubai-based property developer Binghatti has opened its first international sales office in London. This move is part of the company’s plan to attract more foreign investment into real estate projects in the UAE.

Binghatti’s Launch in the UK

The new sales boutique opened on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, London. The opening ceremony was led by Binghatti’s founder Hussain Binghatti Aljbori and Chairman Muhammad Binghatti. A small group of investors, business partners, and real estate experts attended the event.

This London office will help international investors learn about Binghatti’s real estate projects in Dubai. It will offer personalized services, such as property tours, investment advice, and help with buying property.

This is Binghatti’s first official step into the UK market and part of a bigger plan to make it easier for investors outside the UAE to buy property there.

Background

Binghatti has partnered with luxury brands like Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co. Their high-end projects include Bugatti Residences, Mercedes-Benz Places, and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences — which aims to be the world’s tallest branded residential tower.

These properties have attracted famous buyers such as Neymar Jr., Andrea Bocelli, Aymeric Laporte, and actor Terry Crews, who recently bought a unit at Binghatti Aquarise.

By the Numbers

Binghatti’s total real estate portfolio is worth over $13.6 billion (AED 50 billion). The company has developed more than 80 projects and delivered over 11,000 homes across Dubai.
