Saudi Arabia’s ROSHN Group Starts First Phase of ALDANAH Housing Project in Dhahran

Saudi Arabia’s ROSHN Group, the real estate company backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), started selling homes on Wednesday as part of the first phase of its new housing project, ALDANAH, in Dhahran.

Phase One

The first phase includes different types of homes, such as villas and duplexes, with various designs and layouts.

ALDANAH is created to support a healthy and active lifestyle in a lively, family-friendly area. Along with homes, the community will offer many useful places like mosques, shops, business centers, offices, and schools—all easy to reach by walking, according to the company’s video message.

There will be over 145,000 square meters of green and open areas, with tree-lined, walkable streets that connect people with nature.

Residents will also be able to use ROSHN’s smart community system through a special app. This app helps with maintenance and other public services.

ALDANAH is in a prime spot in the Dammam Metropolitan Area. It sits where Dammam, Dhahran, and Khobar meet, close to King Abdulaziz Road, and is only 35 minutes away from King Fahd International Airport.

Important Quote

“We are proud to move forward with ALDANAH by launching sales,” said Khalid Johar, CEO of ROSHN Group.

“The great location, local-style designs, useful facilities, and green spaces show our promise to build better places to live and support Saudi Vision 2030 goals,” he added.
